Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from bohohippychic.com.au, operated by BOHO HIPPY CHIC PTY. LTD. (ABN 82 162 266 677), an Australian family-owned business based in Victoria ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We aim to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. Small differences in colour and fit can occur between screens, fabrics and batches. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when stock runs out or payment cannot be verified. In that case you receive a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown, including Afterpay. Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay's own terms.

3. Shipping

Orders ship from Melbourne. Australian delivery costs $10, or is free on orders over $150. International orders, including New Zealand, cost $25. Delivery times are estimates. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery on unused items with tags attached. Sale items are excluded. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. Use of this website

All content on this website, including images, text and logos, belongs to Boho Hippy Chic or its suppliers and may only be copied or reused with our written permission. You agree to use this website lawfully and to refrain from attempting unauthorised access to it.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
